My first semester project at SAIT, for the new curriculum in the Architectural Technologies program. The topic for this project is a single family, wood framed, residential home.

I chose to have my parents as my clients, and the site is located in Calgary’s West Hillhurst, this property is 
near the University of Calgary, overlooking down-town. They currently own this property and hope to renovate the existing building, but one can dream!
